Main responsibilities

• To support the availability of computer systems throughout the Company
• To support IT services including desktop applications.
• To support the availability of Company ERP (SAP) software and processes.
• To support the company websites and intranet.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems.
• To ensure data and systems are protected and backed up on a regular basis.
• To maintain clear documentation of IT systems.
• To support user training in effectively using technology provided.
• To problem solve and resolve user day to day issues.
• To respond positively to any reasonable request from a Manager or User.
• Supporting on database related projects.

Skills & Competencies Required

• IT qualification or evidence of IT abilities.
• Proven IT skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
• Common sense approach.
• Self motivation.
• Flexible and adaptable approach.
• Proactive can do attitude.
• Systems literacy in Microsoft Office and other applications.
